-The Event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket or who fails to comply with these Terms.

2. No Refund Policy

-All ticket sales are final.

-Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.

-No refunds will be issued for:

-Failure to attend

-Late arrival

-Change of personal circumstances

-Weather conditions

-In the event of cancellation by the organizer, refund policies will be communicated at that time.

3. Event Changes & Cancellation

-The organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program, schedule, venue, or speakers/performers at any time without prior notice.

-If the Event is postponed, tickets may be valid for the rescheduled date.

-The organizer is not liable for additional expenses incurred by ticket holders (travel, accommodation, etc.).

4. Code of Conduct

-Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, vendors, and other guests.

-Harassment, discrimination, violence, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.

-The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for misconduct.

5. Health & Safety

-Attendees must comply with all venue rules and safety regulations.

-The organizer may conduct security checks (bag inspections, etc.).

-Entry may be denied to anyone posing a safety risk.

6. Photography & Media

-The Event may be photographed or recorded.

-By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and allow the organizer to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation.
