1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
• The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket or who is deemed to be a risk to public safety.
• By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Age Restrictions
• Attendees must be 18+ years or older.
• Valid ID may be required for age verification.
3. Event Timing:
• The Welcome BBQ will commence at 18h00 and conclude at approximately midnight.
• The Island Party will begin at 09h00 and run until approximately 02h30 the following day.
• Please note, the event schedule is subject to change.
4. Conduct and Safety
• Attendees must follow the instructions of security personnel at all times.
• No aggressive or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
• No illegal substances or weapons are allowed on the premises.
5. Prohibited Items
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
• Large bags and backpacks are allowed.
• Professional photography or recording equipment is not allowed without prior approval.
6. Liability & Indemnity
• While safety measures will be provided, attendees are responsible for their own safety at all times.
• Attendees enter the event at their own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and their agents are fully indemnified against any liability, claims, charges, injury, damage, or loss of life that may occur during or after the event.
7. Health and Safety
• Attendees must comply with any health and safety protocols in place at the time of the event.
8. Changes and Cancellations
• The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event details, including the lineup and schedule.
• In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via our official social media handles.
9. Consent to Photography and Recording
• By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed and recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers, their partners, and sponsors.
