Indemnity and Declaration

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Musikili Triathlon & Trail Series is entirely voluntary and that I participate at my own risk.

I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Musikili Primary School, the event organisers, officials, marshals, volunteers, sponsors, and any persons or organisations associated with the event against any liability for any loss, damage, theft, injury, illness, disability, death, claim, cost, or expense that may arise from or in connection with my participation in the event, however caused.

I declare that I am in good health, medically fit, and physically capable of participating in the event. I accept full responsibility for determining my own fitness to compete and understand the risks associated with triathlon, trail running, cycling, swimming, and related activities.

I undertake to comply with all event rules, instructions, and safety requirements issued by the organisers and officials. I will cycle responsibly, exercise due care and attention, and obey all applicable road rules and traffic regulations where relevant.

I confirm that all information provided on my entry form is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in my entry being cancelled without refund.

I grant permission to Musikili Primary School and the event organisers to photograph, film, or otherwise record my participation and to use such images, video, recordings, and my name for promotional, marketing, educational, or other legitimate purposes in any media, without compensation or further consent.

By submitting my entry, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Indemnity and Declaration.
